The promotion runs from Friday 15 August 2025 to Friday 31 October 2025 (inclusive). Bookings made outside of these dates will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Make a booking with Cox & Kings between 15 August and 31 October 2025.

Entry into the prize draw is automatic – the more bookings you make, the greater your chances of winning.

Each booking departing in 2025 will qualify for two (2) entries into the draw.

Each booking departing in 2026 will qualify for one (1) entry into the draw.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to travel agents based in the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over.

Employees of Abercrombie & Kent Limited, Cox & Kings, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

Prize

One winner will be selected from each of Cox & Kings’ four designated sales regions.

Each winner will receive a place on a Fam Trip organised by Cox & Kings.

The Fam Trip will run from Friday 15 August to Friday 31 October 2025.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or alternative will be offered.

Winners must hold a valid passport and any required visas for travel, and must comply with all relevant travel regulations.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Friday 7 November 2025.

Winners will be notified by email or telephone within seven (7) days of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the initial notification, Cox & Kings reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative eligible entrant from the same region.

General Conditions

Cox & Kings reserves the right to amend or cancel the Fam Trip itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cox & Kings reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
