What happens next?

Our trade team will check the validity of your booking claim. Once confirmed, we will send a request to Love2Shop for the voucher. You should receive your voucher within 28 days of submitting a booking claim.

If your agency does not allow gift cards or vouchers, please let us know and we will arrange an alternative.

Win a Fam trip prize draw:

  • All agents that submit a qualifying claim for the Cox & Kings Love2Shop incentive scheme between 00:01 on 3 January 2023 and 23:59 on 31 March 2023 (“the Qualifying Period”) and do not opt out via email or the e-form shall automatically be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win a Cox & Kings Fam trip.

  • If you subsequently wish to be removed from the prize draw please contact tradesupport@abercrombiekent.co.uk 

  • Only travel agents based in the UK and aged over 18 are eligible to enter. Proof of travel agent status may be required and must be provided on request.

  • The prize awarded to the winner shall be one place on a Cox & Kings 2023 Fam trip. Includes flights, taxes, accommodation, meals, transfers, tours and excursions. 

  • The prize does not include spending money, cost of vaccinations or visas, transfers to and from the UK airport, drinks or travel insurance.

  • The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-endorsable and is not redeemable for cash. 

  • No cash or credit alternatives are available. 

  • One entry shall be entered into the prize draw for every qualifying claim received during the Qualifying Period. 

  • The arrangements for the Fam trip, including destination, duration and dates, are at the discretion of Cox & Kings. The details of the destination of the prize will be announced by Cox & Kings on or before the end of the Qualifying Period.

  • Cox & Kings reserves the right to change travel Fam trip dates and location if necessary. 

  • Hotel and flight reservation shall be issued in the winners’ name only. 

  • The prize-winner must be in possession of a valid passport, any necessary visas, and, if required must have recommended vaccinations and inoculations together with documentation proving this. 

  • It is strongly recommended that the prize-winner should have comprehensive medical insurance cover for themself for the duration of the promotional travel. 

  • Liability with regards to visa, passport and health requirements rest solely with the prize winner 

  • On acceptance of the prize, the winner is deemed to have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions. If a winner is not willing to accept these terms and conditions in full, they must not accept the prize. 

  • The closing date for this prize draw is midnight on Friday 31st January 2023.

  • All eligible entries received during the Qualifying Period shall be entered into the prize draw. The winner shall be selected at random on or before on 30 April 2023.

  • The winner of the prize draw shall be notified by email and telephone call from their local Cox & Kings representative within 2 business days of the date of the prize draw. 

  • The winner of the prize draw must respond to Cox & Kings within 7 working days of notification of their win to either accept or reject the prize. Where we do not receive a response within such period, the winner shall forfeit all rights to the prize and Cox & Kings shall have no further liability to the selected winner. In such circumstances, we shall select another winner at random and follow the same procedure set out above.

  • The winner must remain a travel agent based in the UK until after the Fam trip has taken place. Where the winner ceases to be a UK based travel agent prior to the Fam trip, they shall cease to be eligible and shall forfeit the prize.

Love2Shop voucher incentive:

  • This incentive scheme commences at 00:01 on 3 January 2023 and ends at 23:59 on 31 March 2023 (“the Incentive Period”). 

  • Incentives will only be paid in respect of qualifying bookings made during the Incentive Period. Bookings made prior to or after the end of the Incentive Period shall not be qualifying bookings.

  • Where a valid claim is made as a result of a qualifying booking, the agent shall be entitled a Love2Shop voucher of up to the value of £50. 

  • The exact value of the incentive will depend upon the agent’s tiered status within Cox & Kings’ tiered loyalty scheme.

  • In order to be a qualifying booking, the booking must consist of a package that includes a combination of flights, hotel and/or service or be a group tour booking.

  • All claims must be submitted prior to the end of the Incentive Period. 

  • To claim your incentive reward, please complete the e-form or email trade support at tradesupport@abercrombiekent.co.uk

  • The email address you give us when making your booking will be used to deliver your e-gift card.

  • Only valid for bookings made within the Qualifying Period and confirmed not more than eight weeks prior to your claim. 

  • Please allow up to 28 days for the delivery of your voucher once you have submitted a valid claim. 

  • You may be liable to pay taxes on these rewards. Please check with HMRC or your employer. In no circumstances shall Cox & Kings be liable for such taxes and it is your responsibility to ensure that you account for any such tax liability.

  • Only travel agents based in the UK and aged over 18 are eligible to enter. Proof of travel agent status may be required.

  • All claims submitted will be verified by Cox & Kings to ensure that they are qualifying bookings. Cox & Kings reserves the right to reject any claim at its absolute discretion and may withdraw or amend this incentive scheme at any time.

  • Claims may only be submitted by the agent responsible for making a qualifying booking. By submitting a claim you confirm that you are the agent eligible for the incentive.  Multiple submissions made in respect of the same booking will not be accepted. Where there is any dispute between agents regarding the person responsible for a booking, we reserve the right to refuse payment of any incentive until the agents have resolved the matter and confirmed the correct recipient.

  • Any dispute relating to this incentive scheme shall be resolved by Cox & Kings at its absolute discretion.

  • Nothing in these terms and conditions or the incentive scheme creates or gives right to any right, whether legal or contractual, against Cox & Kings.

  • By submitting a claim for this incentive, you agree to us entering you into a prize draw with a chance to win a Fam trip. Terms and conditions are available below. If you do not wish to be entered into the prize draw, please inform us of that when submitting your claim by email or check the box when submitting the e-form.
