Book a new holiday with confidence
At Cox & Kings we know how important flexibility and peace of mind is when planning your holidays. Our book with confidence policy allows you to change or postpone your clients holidays, for any Covid-related reason, up to 15 days before the travel date.

Guaranteed flexibility For all new bookings made up to 28 February 2021 for travel before 30 November 2021 we are offering our guests the flexibility to change or postpone up to 15 days before their travel date. Cox & Kings will not charge you should your clients choose to change to a new destination or move their travel dates, and you can rebook them to travel any time before 30 November 2021. If they are unsure of their future travel plans when you wish to make your change, we can provide you with a travel credit to 100% of the value of your holiday, valid for travel through to 31 December 2022. Where airlines or suppliers implement stricter payment or flexibility conditions that may prohibit or limit Cox & Kings from making future amendments, guests will be advised at time of booking. Your travel consultant will be happy to discuss this and work with you to ensure we provide as much flexibility as possible for your travel arrangements. In the event that the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) updates its guidance to advise against all but essential travel to any destination your clients are visiting within 30 days of such advice being in place, and you choose not to postpone or rebook the holiday, you will be entitled to a full refund. Our expert travel consultants are all set up working from home and busy helping you plan your clients' travel well into 2021. We look forward to helping you plan your next Cox & Kings holiday. Terms and conditions For new bookings made up to and including 28 February 2021 for travel before 30 November 2021, guests may change the booking up to 15 days prior to departure. We may need to adjust the cost of your trip to reflect the new dates, particularly if those coincide with festivals or a higher season of travel. Equally if the cost of your postponed trip is less, we will reduce the cost accordingly. Where airlines or suppliers implement stricter payment or booking conditions that prohibit Cox & Kings from making future amendments without penalty our travel consultants will advise this at the time of quote and guests will be advised in writing at time of booking. All monies applied to a new booking are non-transferable. All other standard terms and conditions apply to the booking. Guest is responsible for all other related fees not booked through Cox & Kings, such as but not limited to, insurance and visas. Special terms are subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time.
